GUARANTEE #1. Listing Cancellation Guarantee
Many Agents require you to sign a lengthy listing contract up to 6-12 months. You generally cannot get out of this contract until expiry. Meanwhile, the Realtor can get out of it by simply failing to effectively market your home. When you list with me, I give you the right to cancel the listing at any time and without any penalties or fees, if you decide I am not providing the level of service you expect.
GUARANTEE #2. My Trade-Up Program for Potential Buyers
It is highly likely that the Buyer for your home will also have a home to sell. The problem they have is that they are reluctant to make an offer until they sell their home, OR you agree to accept their offer “subject to the sale of their existing home.” In either case it could be several months before the sale can complete. My Trade Up Program states that if they move up to one of my listings, I will sell their home for free and not charge any fee for my listing side. That is a big cash incentive for the buyer to buy your home! You can also benefit from my Trade Up Program if you do decide to move up to one of my listings.
GUARANTEE #3. Your Home Sold at Your Price, or I will buy it
If the buyer of your home is not satisfied with their purchase within the first 18 months, I will sell it for FREE. Yes, you read that correctly.
